Technical system

Lake Nasser until year 25.

Delivered water is mainly Lake Nasser water until programme year 25. From that year the P&L uses seawater desalination extensively. By year 13 the old Nile valley irrigation schedule has been changed completely to a modern system. The same P&L volume reaches 94.5 billion cubic metres a year.

Pipes, pumps and the augmentation system are the model’s ramp schedule. Augmentation is blank in year 1, and from year 14 the sheet follows the feddans. Delivered water is the P&L series: Lake Nasser through year 24, seawater desalination from year 25. The old-valley bar is complete in year 13. Crops stay straight lines to the stated peaks.
